Cancellations and Changes

All requests for cancellations and/or transfers must be sent in writing to Aurora Business Development ltd.
Changes will become effective on the date of written confirmation being received but Aurora Business Development ltd will accept phone and email cancellations up to 7 days before a course is due to start.

If a named delegate has to cancel, we will be happy to take another delegate in their place.

Refunds

Provided Aurora Business Development ltd. Get 7 days notice of a cancellation of a person on our course, a full refund will be paid within 7 days of receiving the written cancellation.

Failure to attend on the day.

If a delegate fails to turn up on the day and had not contacted Aurora Business Development ltd. no refund will be paid.

Cancellation of a course by Aurora Business Development ltd.

In the event of there being insufficient numbers booked onto an event, Aurora Business Development ltd. reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event. However, Aurora Business Development will do their best to inform all participants a week before the event is due to take place. All booking fees will be repaid in full within 7 days.

Aurora Business Development ltd, shall have no liability to reimburse any other costs that may have been incurred, including transport costs, accommodation etc
